This proposal was approved by the Council at this meeting, but after an inquiry by the Faculty Senate Chair-Elect, Chris Goering, Chair   Ganio verified that it had not received prior approval by UTEB, despite system workflow indicating otherwise. Undergraduate Council   agreed to the following: The proposal will be held at Undergraduate Council until UTEB reviews/approves the proposal at their   February meeting.  Assuming UTEB approves it without changes, the proposal will be forwarded directly to Faculty Senate’s March   meeting; if  UTEB recommends changes, the proposal will need to come before the Undergraduate Council for a second vote.

The proposal was pulled from this month’s Council agenda and rolled back for UTEB review/approval; the UTEB approval step was                                          not included in the original workflow but has now been added. The proposal will need to come back to the Council for a vote at next                                        month’s meeting.
