Updating the follow requirement:

Nine credit hours in studio art (ARTS) courses numbered at the 20000 level or higher
Updating the follow requirement:
Three credit hours in any School of Art course (ARED, ARHS, ARTS, or GDES),excluding
ARHS 10003 to instead say:
Three credit hours in any School of Art course numbered at the 20000-level or higher
(ARED, ARHS, ARTS, OR GDES)
The department expressed that many students were taking 10000 level ARTS classes that
were intended for non-majors or ARHSBA majors. This update is part of the plan to
clarify that those courses are not intended for the Graphic Design electives, since
the content is redundant to the Studio Foundations courses.

1. Added Media and Society and PBHL 34403 as a PPBHL requirement. Established 45 hour

2. To maintain 16 hrs. of prePBHL requirements; Media is an increasingly important
issue in public health messaging and health literacy/information.
3. Senior PBHL majors were taking this introductory course at the same time as their
senior block courses. This will also provide Pre PBHL students with an introduction
to public health which is an important stepping stone in the major.
4. Making students have 45 credit hours before applying to the program will ensure
students have completed many course classes before entering the program, thus preventing
bottlenecks.

Eleanor Mann School of Nursing – PLNBN – Nursing (Pre-LNBN) presented by Matthew Ganio.
(4r_plnbn_report_02282025).
Cleaned up admission language and changed Cumulative pre-requisite GPA from 3.0 or above to 2.5 or above to enter the NURBS-LNBN program. By lowering the required GPA, the program will attract more students. This slightly lower entry GPA is not expected to affect long-term success of the students.
