    1. Proposed undergraduate program change for the Dale Bumpers College of Agricultural, Food and Life Sciences, Department of Agricultural Economics and Agribusiness – AGBSBS, Agricultural Business, Bachelor of Science in Agricultural, Food & Life Sciences was presented by Michael Thomsen. Increases in enrollment and recent opportunities to add new faculty members have brought about the need for these changes to the department’s undergraduate curriculum. The changes proposed represent an effort to be responsive to the diversity of student interests and to relieve pressure in high-enrolled 3000 and 4000 level courses.
Another change is cosmetic. The requirement for AGEC 2142/2141L or ACCT 2013 was formerly in the specialization for all concentrations. This is being moved to the core to better indicate that this is a requirement for all concentrations (Table One).

    5. Proposed undergraduate program change for the Fay Jones School of Architecture, Department of Architecture - ARCH School Academic Regulations was presented by Ethel Goodstein. Minor editorial changes to correct grammar and make tweaks. They do not reflect any changes to the program (Table Two).
    6. Proposed undergraduate program change for the Fay Jones School of Architecture, Department of Architecture - ARCHBA, Architecture, Bachelor of Architecture was presented by Ethel Goodstein. The 10 semester plan should not have pulled in the hours from the Latin American Program. That program is optional and should not have added into the total number of credit hours. Our total degree hours have not changed. This is to correct a data entry mistake (Table Two).
    7. Proposed undergraduate program change for the Fay Jones School of Architecture, Department of Interior Design - IDESBD, Interior Design, Bachelor of Interior Design was presented by Ethel Goodstein.
      1. Adjusting grade requirements to be consistent with the architecture and landscape architecture policies on continuance.
      2. We are adding the study abroad requirement to be consistent with the same requirement in the architecture and landscape architecture departments.
      3. To accommodate the addition of the three hours for study abroad, the number of elective hours were adjusted and courses were realigned in the eight (nine) semester degree plan (Table Two).
    8. Proposed undergraduate program change for the Fay Jones School of Architecture, Department of Landscape Architecture - LARCBS, Landscape Architectural Studies, Bachelor of Science was presented by Ethel Goodstein. Changes are being made to the curriculum to strengthen the ability of students to select areas of interest within the broader topic of landscape studies rather than specific topic courses that may be outside of their interests, and provide a fuller course selection roster from which to choose (Table Two).
    9. Proposed undergraduate program change for the College of Engineering, Department of Electrical Engineering - ELEGBS, Electrical Engineering, Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering was presented by Manuel Rossetti. The ELEG faculty voted in a meeting on 1/30/2015 to change the number of credit hours for ELEG 4061 (Senior Design I) to 3 hours, making the course number ELEG 4063, and to change the number of hours for ELEG 4073 (Senior Design II) to 1 hour, making the course number ELEG 4071. So that the number of hours in each semester will not be excessive, it was also voted to move the required Fine Arts elective from the second semester to the first semester of the four year (Table Three).
    10. Proposed graduate program change for the Graduate School, Department of Graduate Dean - ENDYPH, Environmental Dynamics, Doctor of Philosophy was presented by Pat Koski. We are proposing to require four courses instead of three and to require three semesters of ENDY 6991 Colloquium. The four required courses will be ENDY 5113 Global Change (Sp), ENDY 6013 Environmental Dynamics (Fa), ENDY/ANTH/GEOS 5053 Quaternary Environments (Fa), and ENDY/ANTH 6033 Society and the Environment (Sp). Previously, students were given an option of taking either ENDY/ANTH/GEOS 5053 or ENDY/ANTHG 6033. They will now be required to take both. This will allow a more rounded basic skill set for the students who come from varied backgrounds (Table Three).
    11. Annual Course Review –Norm Dennis moved to approve the revised copies of the annual course review returned from Faculty Senate. The motion was approved.
      1. UCPC Courses Inactive More Than 3 Years—Courses to Remain Inactive Fall 2014 (Attachment 1)

    12. Revised Course Review Process (Academic Policy Series 1622.11) was presented by Dr. Norm Dennis. The proposal was amended as noted in Attachment 4 and approved.
