Judy Ganson (serving as Chair for Lona Robertson) called the meeting to order at 2:30 p.m.
- The minutes for the August 8, 2014 meeting were approved with no revisions.

Course Change Proposals:
- The Undergraduate Course Change Proposals to Table A were approved without opposition. The approved courses will be forwarded for consideration at the October 2014 Faculty Senate meeting. University Core change proposal, Table E, was approved and will be forwarded to the University Core Committee.
- The Graduate and Dual Course Change Proposals on Table B and Table C, were approved without opposition. The approved courses will be forwarded for consideration at the October 2014 Graduate Council meeting.
- The School of Law Course Change Proposals on Table D were approved without opposition. The approved courses will be forwarded for consideration at the October 2014 Faculty Senate meeting.

New Business:
UCPC Procedures: Alice Griffin reviewed the membership list to update for the 2014-2015 academic year. Griffin explained that all changes should now be processed through the CourseLeaf system. Lisa Kulczak will check on any pending courses remaining in the CCF system. Griffin also provided a timeline for requests:- Course changes must reach the UCPC workflow by the 2nd Friday of each month to be considered for the agenda.*
- Agenda is published the 3rd Friday of each month.*
- UCPC meetings will follow the published meeting dates (most often on the 4th Friday of each month). http://grad.uark.edu/dean/courseprog/ccpmeetings.php
Finally, the UCPC information will remain on the Graduate School’s website through the fall semester as we make the transition to the Provost’s website. We will notify everyone when the move takes place.
